If your business is achieving less than R 10m per annum in turnover or it is within the first year of incorporation, you may use this form, to be updated by an accounting officer/auditor (dependant on the type of entity), in order to be classified as an Exempted Micro Enterprise (EME), which by default constitutes a Level 4 Contributorship or 100% B-BBEE compliant.
